In the review video (3:25 minute mark) the bracket attached to the step measures just over 27-1/2". The bracket on your trailer should be getting close to 28" wide to make that work.
It seems like a lot of work, but you might also consider taking the trailer mounting frame off and using the Lippert # LC301704 metal outriggers in thier place.
Since the trailer mounting brackets are 27" you will need steps that are smaller that that.

First being axle capacity, this hub assembly is designed for 5,200lb to 6,000lb axles. You'll be able to find the capacity of the axles on the axle tag that should be somewhere on the axle tube.

Yes, you can replace a Reese Revolution with a Reese Goose Box like item # RP85FR . The Reese Revolution pin box is the same pin box as the Reese Sidewinder. It is called a Revolution when it comes as OEM equipment on a trailer. The Sidewinder/Revolution pin box has multiple mounting holes to fit many different brands of pin boxes.

I checked with M-3 and when you are ready to wind the spring on the Enclosed Trailer Ramp Spring # ERS120D81 you will need to use two 1/2 inch diameter bars (of around 18 inches long). You will insert the first bar into the winding cone of the spring and pull down. The system is then designed for 10 full revolutions of the spring. It will be easier to balance the door if the spring is wound in quarter turns.

Based on the pictures you've provided it looks like you have a press in wiper seal like the Rubber Wiper Seal for RV Slide Outs - Channel Mounted Press-In - 15' Long # SR94FR. We also carry this in 30' # SR44FR and 60' # SR64FR lengths.
